Remodeled Right.
Built to Last.

We're based in Loganville, GA and serve roughly a 25-mile radius — including Grayson, Lawrenceville, Covington, Snellville, Monroe, Conyers, and Dacula, across Gwinnett, Walton, Newton, and Rockdale counties.

We handle interior and exterior painting, interior remodeling for kitchens, bathrooms and common areas, exterior repairs, deck and porch construction and repair, flooring installation, drywall repair and installation, roof and ceiling repair, and general home remodeling. Most of our projects touch more than one of those, and we manage the whole job with one crew.

Every home is different, so we don't quote from a price list. Cost depends on the size of the space, the condition of what's already there, materials you choose, and how much repair work is needed before the finish work starts. We give free written estimates with the full price up front — no hidden charges once we start.

Yes. We come out, walk the project with you, talk through materials and options, and give you a written estimate at no cost and with no obligation. Call (404) 925-5882 to schedule one.

New customers get 10% off their first service with us. Just mention it when you call to schedule your estimate.

Both. Plenty of our work is a single service — a deck rebuild, a room repaint, a flooring install. But we also take on whole-home remodels and additions where framing, drywall, flooring, paint, and finish work all have to happen in the right order. You get one written scope and one point of contact either way.

Usually, and the leak is rarely directly above the stain — water travels along framing before it drops. We trace it back to the actual entry point, whether that's shingles, flashing, or a penetration, repair the roof first, then rebuild and refinish the ceiling below. Repainting the ceiling without fixing the source just means the stain comes back.

That depends on what's under it. Surface boards are straightforward to replace, but if the joists, ledger, or footings have failed, a new surface on bad structure is unsafe and won't last. We check the framing first and tell you honestly which one you're looking at.

No — that's our job. We move and cover furniture, mask floors, trim, fixtures, and hardware, and protect everything before work starts. We clean up at the end of every day and do a full cleanup when the project is finished.

It depends on scope and how much has to be moved. A straightforward bathroom refresh can be about a week; a full kitchen with new cabinets, counters, and tile usually runs several weeks. We give you a realistic schedule in the estimate rather than an optimistic one, and we tell you early if anything changes it.

We're open Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and closed on Sunday. If you call outside those hours, leave a message and we'll get back to you the next business day.
